The concept of this series of shorts is so left field and yet so utterly obvious in its appeal that it doesn’t bear much explaining.
The ofttimes alien landscape of child/adult dynamics is beautifully and hilariously exposed with that simple conceit of substituting a grown man for a little girl.
Father (Matthew Clark) and daughter Coco (mostly played by David Milchard but occasionally by Coco herself) engage in a seemingly unending stream of negotiations, explanations, approbations and exhortations on a range of topics that includes (but is not limited to) yoga, chicken phones, bedtime, football, bathroom breaks, and the game theory rules of elevator etiquette.
